Responsibilities
* Leading Lean culture and Continuous Improvement initiatives on CAF Rolling Stock UK sites
* Implement TIER Accountability Process across Factory
* Promote a culture of operational excellence by anchoring and supporting implementation on the ground
* Pilot and support Kaizen projects target using Lean tools to target and benefit from improvements
* Proactively identify improvement actions to deploy to increase our operational performance
* Deploy Value stream Mapping process on a regular basis
* Deployment in the field (training + digitalization of tools) of first-level continuous improvement methodologies (suggestions idea, kaizen, 5S, 5 whys, PDCA, A3, etc.)
* Conduct internal lean audits
* Propose, structure and lead continuous improvement projects
* Ensure a strong presence in the departments and support to encourage creativity
* Conduct welcome training for new arrivals
Required Professional Experience
Relevant Experience and/or an Engineering Degree
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black or Green - Desirable
