ABOUT THE ROLE
This six-month fixed term position will be based in our London offices, located in Westminster, near Victoria Station. We understand and value the benefits of flexibility, and we operate a hybrid work model that enables a mix of in-office and remote work arrangements.
As a Specialist in HR Services Reporting, you will assist with our reporting framework and utilise data to identify trends that demonstrate how HR Services (HRS) is performing. In this role, you'll own our HRS reporting systems, analyse complex data, and present clear findings that reveal opportunities for improvement. Your work will directly support the leadership team in making informed decisions about the future of HR Services.
Reporting to the Lead HR Services Global, other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:
* Create and maintain a comprehensive reporting suite that showcases HR Services performance, helping teams understand their impact while fostering deeper engagement across HR Operations.
* Analyse data to uncover meaningful insights and trends, then translate these findings into practical recommendations that improve service delivery and team effectiveness.
* Partner with HR Services leadership to fulfill reporting needs, while supporting governance activities and project teams with data-driven insights that inform strategic decisions.
* Collaborate across specialist roles to enhance reporting systems and cultivate a data-confident culture by providing friendly, accessible training that empowers team members to engage with and understand performance metrics.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:
* Using your analytical skills to turn data into insights that improve our HR services and help with decision-making.
* Paying close attention to details to ensure accurate and reliable reporting that the organisation can trust.
* Creating clear presentations and reports that explain complex information in ways everyone can understand.
* Building good working relationships and help others see the value of using data to make improvements.
* Handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
* Applying your background in Finance, Payroll, or Technology to solve problems creatively and achieve results.
Qualifications for this position are:
* Relevant professional experience.
* An HR (or related) bachelor’s degree (desirable).
