Full Time, Fixed Term for 6 months.
Bristol City Council Adult Social Care Services (ASC) is seeking skilled Social Workers to enhance our adult safeguarding pathways. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your specialist safeguarding knowledge and decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the ASC teams to progress safeguarding enquiries efficiently.
* Contribute to the development of a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Bristol.
* Work under the guidance of an experienced Senior Practitioner and the Safeguarding Adults Team Manager.
Qualifications:
* Social work qualification or relevant Social Work England approved qualification. Must be registered with Social Work England.
* To qualify as an Advanced Grade SW (BG12) you will need post qualifying qualifications: e.g., Approved Mental Health Professional, Approved Mental Capacity Professional/Best Interest Assessor, Deaf Blind Assessor, or Practice Educator.
* Candidates with substantial safeguarding experience and relevant skills are strongly encouraged to apply.
