Electrical Project Manager - Based close to Erith This is a role with a mid-sized M&E contractor who operate in the Education, Commercial, Leisure & Residential markets on projects up to £5m. Electrical Project Manager – Role Structure: This is a site based project manager role and you will be reporting into a contracts manager so that between you the operational side of the project is covered. You will be handling the day to day management of the site including: • RAMS • Direction & oversight of direct & sub-contracted labour • Client liaison • Main Contractor Liaison • Updating and working to the project programme (which will have been created by the contracts manager) • Weekly and Monthly lookaheads • Stock control and procurement management working alongside the contract manager • Heath & Safety onsite. What Qualifications and Experience you will need: • Electrical qualifications in building services construction • 2 years experience as a project manager minimum • Previous experience delivering projects £2m - £5m • Previous experience delivering commercial, residential or education projects • SMSTS • First Aid What your Compensation will be: The company are open to permanent or freelance members of staff offering £65,000 - £70,000 car / car allowance or £325 - £375 a day on freelance.
