Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the CAMHS team, ensuring high standards in patient care, team activity, performance, quality, and staffing.
Drive the transformational change programme within the Child and Family Services business unit by fostering an integrated, multi-professional workforce.
Support the delivery of child and family-focused services, achieving agreed performance and quality targets while managing budgets effectively.
Manage and support staff development, performance, and well-being.
Cultivate effective partnerships with external services, including social care, the acute sector, and third-sector organizations, to achieve shared outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
Proven leadership and management experience in mental health services, ideally within CAMHS.
Strong operational management skills, including performance and quality monitoring.
Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities.
