Job Description
As a Customer Team Member, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
* Work together with store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Maintain a safe and legal store environment by keeping shelves stocked and ensuring prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support local community events and activities.
