About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in a busy contact centre. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide flexible support to customers, responding to a wide range of enquiries about council services.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for:
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, or online chat
* Providing information and support on council services and policies
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
* Working collaboratively with other teams to achieve customer satisfaction
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong customer service focus and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum
