From this continued success we are now looking to recruit a Senior Collections Executive to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans. As a Senior Collections Executive, you will work closely with the Collections Manager with the overall aim of understanding the challenges our business customers have in making payment, and then supporting them by formulating a plan that means they meet their payments. You’ll work together with customers to develop options that work for both the customer and the business, whilst also supporting the Collections Manager to manage workloads, support complex cases and drive team performance. Role responsibilities; Supporting the Collections Manager with the effective day to day management of workloads Implement measures to provide team motivation, drive to succeed and achieve targets. Training and development and upskilling of the team. Act as a soundboard and point of escalation for the team to support on more complex cases, which may include forbearance, rescheduling of payments, writing off charges etc. Negotiate, and discuss options with customers and equipment suppliers in respect of arrears. Working with the Collections Manager to understand the legal options available if a customer does not pay Assist with reporting requirements and case summaries. Key skills required; Previous collections experience, asset finance or financial services would be beneficial Ability to work in a high volume, pressured environment whilst managing priorities Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner Proactive and solutions focused So, why would you want to work here?
