So, what’s the job?
* You’ll lead our regional Talent Acquisition team, driving recruitment efforts across EMEA to meet organizational needs.
* You’ll partner with hiring managers to formulate and deliver a national, or sometimes international, recruitment strategy to meet recruitment needs and attract the best talent.
* You’ll deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and candidates alike.
* You’ll serve as a trusted advisor by offering insights into market trends and sharing recruitment best practices.
* You’ll own and oversee recruitment training programs and employer branding initiatives within EMEA.
* You’ll optimize and enhance recruitment processes across the region, introducing innovative strategies to source future talent.
* You’ll play a key role in aligning and integrating recruitment processes between two businesses post-acquisition.
* You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to spearhead expansion initiatives in new countries across EMEA.
And what are we looking for?
* You’ll have prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with experience in a regional role.
* You’ll have experience leading a Talent Acquisition team through an acquisition, ideally from the acquiring side.
* You’ll have experience leading a recruitment team, ideally within a multi-location or hybrid work environment.
* You’ll be confident working with senior stakeholders and adept at navigating complex organizational dynamics.
* You’ll bring a data-driven approach, capable of analysing recruitment metrics and making informed decisions, with experience using tools like Power BI or Excel.
* You’ll have a passion for leveraging existing and emerging technologies to enhance recruitment strategies.
* You’ll thrive in an autonomous role, making confident, independent decisions without the need for direct oversight.
