We are seeking a detail-oriented Middle Office Administrator to join our Secretarial & Business Support department, providing a broad range of administrative and support services.

Description
* Undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
* Organise and schedule appointments, and prepare meeting agendas.
* Assist in the preparation of regular reports and organising company records.
* Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
* Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
* Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
* Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information.
* Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues.
Profile
A successful Middle Office Administrator should have:
* Proven experience in a similar role within the Property industry.
* Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint).
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
* Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
