Position: Paid Search Account Manager
Location: Hybrid, London
Overview: We are seeking a talented Paid Search Account Manager to join our highly successful media team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced media planner/buyer with a strong background in planning, buying, and setting up campaigns from scratch, as well as delivering multichannel campaigns.
The Role: As a Senior Media Planner Buyer, you will create effective digital marketing strategies, responsible for building, presenting, and delivering your plans from start to finish, including untested media channels. This role demands experience in planning, buying, and implementing various forms of media, along with strong analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Produce strategies, plans, and deliverables for new and existing clients.
2. Identify the optimal buying platforms to meet campaign objectives.
3. Manage several campaigns daily, optimizing click-thru rates, conversion rates, and bid management to achieve advertiser KPIs.
4. Present performance to advertisers within weekly/biweekly or quarterly calls and meetings.
5. Full 360 planning, buying, and implementation process across multiple channels.
Key Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years knowledge and experience in a paid search role.
* Knowledge and experience of running Facebook and Google activity in a direct response environment.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Excellent account management experience.
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment.
* An interest in technology would be great.
* Strong client-facing experience.
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 + Uncapped Commission + Excellent Benefits
