We're partnering with an award-winning creative communications agency to find a brilliant Social Account Director for an exciting freelance opportunity.

The Role
* Oversee the end-to-end production of social content campaigns, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality are on point
* Act as the main point of contact for internal teams, senior clients, and external partners
* Create and maintain detailed project plans, tracking deliverables and ensuring cross-functional alignment
* Manage multiple fast-paced workstreams, prioritising tasks with efficiency and clarity
* Drive clear, proactive communication between teams and stakeholders
* Troubleshoot and problem-solve to keep projects on track
* Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
* Lead regular status meetings, reporting on progress, risks, and next steps
* Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiencies
Skills & Experience
* Solid project/account management experience in a social-first or creative agency environment
* Confident leading on social content production workflows, including video
* Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple senior stakeholders
* Exceptionally organised and detail-focused, able to juggle competing priorities
* Proactive and calm under pressure, with strong problem-solving instincts
* Comfortable navigating tight deadlines and high expectations
* Strategic thinker who also thrives in delivery and execution
