We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated, full-time Senior Booking Assistant on a fixed-term contract until the end of Feb 2026 within our Clinical Administration booking team, who are based at the Administration Hub in Huntingdon.

You will have responsibility for talking to the patients on the phone, booking appointments and admissions to ensure patients do not wait longer than necessary, and entering information into multiple IT systems.

4. Ability to liaise with colleagues throughout the Hospital and beyond
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and respectful manner
Some specialties have a very high number of patient calls, so you should expect to spend time on the phone every day.
