We are recruiting a passionate, friendly, and experienced Hospitality Support Manager to work as part of our Support team for our sites across the north between Sheffield, Leeds, Manchester and Stockton on Tees. You will head up the team and build on successes to deliver the highest standards of food and customer service across the site. Responsibilities: Ensure that all hospitality services are delivered to the highest standards Managing the team Overseeing the day to day operation Ensure that all customer requirements are delivered Excellent people management and communication skills Proven experience in managing successful team Be able to create bespoke Hospitality offers Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results Able to work in a pressurised environment and be able to multi- task SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: LOVE food, and love working in a team. Have good customer service skills and strong communication skills.
