Out client is a global provider of power testing solutions, specializing in engineered-to-order (ETO) load banks. Due to increasing global demand, we are looking for a Sales Order Engineering Mmanager (NPD) to lead our global NPD team and drive the development of our next-generation products.The RoleYou will be responsible for leading the design, development, and global standardization of our new product pipeline. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, ensuring that our products meet technical, safety, and quality standards while identifying new opportunities for business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvidetechnical leadershipin electrical and mechanical systems for power test solutions.Driveglobal design consistency, ensuring a unified approach across teams.Deliverstandardized design outputsfor a 'design anywhere, build anywhere' strategy.Identifybusiness opportunitiesand assessmarket innovationsto enhance our product portfolio.Evaluate emergingcustomer application needsto identify product gaps and opportunities.Manageengineering team workflows, including pre-quote analysis, order processing, BOM creation, and approvals.Review and evaluatecustomer requirementsto configure and developcustom load banks .Collaborate withSales, Applications Engineering, and Customersto defineclear product specifications .Delegate projects effectively tomaximize team resource utilization and knowledge sharing .Ensureproduct safety and compliancewith CE, UL, CSA, and other global standardsAdditional ResponsibilitiesProviderealistic yet aggressive project timelinesto ensure timely product delivery.Travel internationally (up to65% ) to collaborate withteams in the US, UK, India, and customers .What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering(Master's preferred).10+ years of experienceinOEM electrical or mechanical product development .Expertise inCAD software, ERP systems, and Microsoft applications .Understanding ofseismic, wind, and vibration calculations (IBC)is a plus.Knowledge ofbasic electrical conceptssuch as ampacity, conductor ratings, and electrical spacing is a plus.TPBN1_UKTJ
