We now seek an M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased) to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role
As an M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased), you will manage building services designs, information, and sub-contractors for a portfolio of specific projects, from enquiry stage through to handover and aftercare. You will manage the successful integration and delivery of MEP services for your projects, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Quality, and programme standards.
You will be responsible for producing detailed commissioning programmes and managing the entire commissioning process, ensuring seamless integration of all building services.
About You
To be considered as an M&E Services Manager (Mechanically Biased), you will need to demonstrate:
1. Qualifications appropriate to the role
2. Ability to obtain/maintain CSCS accreditation
3. Extensive MEP technical knowledge
4. An understanding of programming principles and MEP integration
5. Ability to review and challenge construction and pre-construction programmes
6. Familiarity with the Walter Lilly Supply Chain members
7. A clear understanding of CDP requirements
8. Working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
9. Experience in dealing with Utility suppliers
10. Ability to prepare professional technical appraisal documents
11. Significant experience with Walter Lilly market sectors
12. Good construction knowledge
13. Appropriate level of IT competency
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
