As part of continued expansion and succession planning within the high-performing division of this top-tier broking house, you’ll work closely with an established divisional lead, taking on the servicing of a well-established and carefully cultivated book of business.

The Role
As a Commercial Insurance Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
* Managing and expanding a specialist book of business, working closely with established clients to ensure top-tier service and retention.
* Advising clients on their insurance programs at both new business and renewal stages, structuring and recommending tailored solutions.
* Handling a range of general commercial lines while also developing expertise in this broker’s chosen niche market.
* Building relationships through client meetings, networking, and high-profile events.
* Strategically growing the book by taking advantage of an established referral pipeline and your own market expertise.
What You’ll Need
* At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing commercial broking position.
* A strong desire to specialize and progress your career within a dynamic, high-profile team.
* Based in or around the Central Belt of Scotland.
