We're looking for an enthusiastic, positive, creative Wellbeing/Activities Coordinator to join our team at Highfield Hall Care Home's brand new under 65's unit!
Our Activities Coordinators plan and provide a wide range of activities and events to help our service users stay active, physically and mentally, while promoting their independence and well-being. Activities Coordinators work with the rest of the care team to identify the needs and abilities of the individuals we care for, and use these observations to plan and shape their activities and events. Creative, upbeat, passionate, confident, and highly sociable people thrive in roles like this, and you'll be encouraged to think outside the box and supported to really make the role your own. You will be a key member of the team, working with many people from all parts of Each Other Care to deliver exceptional person-centred care and make real contributions to meaningful lives for all those who visit, work, and reside with us.
About Us
Here at Each Other Care, we believe that everybody is responsible for the care of the elderly members of our communities. It is a privilege to be a part of our residents' lives, and we help each other to deliver the highest possible level of care to our people and their families. We also know that our team is at the heart of our homes, which is why we promise to support you every step of the way if you choose to become part of the Each Other Care community. As a values-based, family-owned company, we believe that attitude is key. Care isn’t just our job - it’s ingrained into our culture.
If you’re positive, curious and understand the importance of building relationships, we want to hear from you.
We will pay for training such as NVQ’s. Whatever stage of your career you’re at, you can be sure we will help you thrive and flourish. Even our very own Managing Director started out as a carer; we truly believe that anything is possible with the right support, which is what you’ll have with Each Other Care.
We can’t wait to work with you!
