Our client is a housing association in the Burton area and has a great opportunity for a Scheduler to join them on a long-term temp basis. Working a 37-hour week, Monday to Friday, you would be expected to carry out the following duties:
1. Diary planning for operatives
2. Scheduling of repairs
3. Log any additional works that arise
4. Schedule meetings, training, etc.
5. Keep a log of absences
6. Address any queries
7. Provide excellent customer service
8. Monitoring and processing of jobs logged on to the system
9. General admin duties
This role will suit an organized individual who has worked in a similar role or has transferable skills that would lend themselves well to this type of role. You will need a great telephone manner, planning ability, and be a great team player.
