General Role Description:
* Complete the day to day duties within the department
* Provide excellent customer service on the telephone, face to face and via email
* Manage customer accounts
* Process purchase orders on SAP
* Handle incoming calls and resolve queries
* Follow processes and procedures within the department
* Work to deadlines, prioritise workload, and multitask
* Provide customer back order reports on a weekly basis using the reporting system on SAP
* Manage the 'info' box, providing customers with an efficient online response to queries via email
* Conduct stock checks, pricing, and product lead times
