Key Account Manager

We are seeking a proactive and driven Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. You will be the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships, providing quotations for Fire and Security services, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing client accounts, ensuring contract compliance
* Developing proposals and tender pricing for maintenance and installation projects
* Driving growth through proactive cross-selling and up-selling
* Conducting site visits and technical surveys
* Maintaining a strong sales pipeline and delivering forecasts

* Experience in Fire & Security systems
* Knowledge of BS5839, BAFE standards
* Strong sales, relationship management, and organisational skills
