Job summary We have an exciting opportunity to work as an administrator within the MSK Physiotherapy Admin team. This role is 30 hours/week and will be based at Upton Hospital in Slough.. You will be joining a friendly and supportive team, who are very patient focused. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach and be good at multi-tasking, preferably with some customer service experience. Good IT skills are essential. You will be joining a welcoming admin team who are pro-active in ensuring a high standard of service within MSK Physio across East Berkshire. The role is site based, although there is an option for hybrid working if cover allows. Main duties of the job Booking/cancelling Physio appointments, both over the telephone and face to face. Covering the appointment and cancellation phone lines Sending out appointment invite letters Processing/uploading Referrals via ESR and our in-house RIO system. Reception cover Making interpreter bookings via an on-line portal Monitoring our text message reminder responses Cover at other sites within our Service (Driving licence/car owner essential) Monitoring the group email and responding to queries as appropriate.
