I am a 63 year old lady living in St Leonards with my younger daughter and one cat. I am supported by my family and a team of PAs, but am seeking an additional lady to work approximately 5 hours per month (over 1 or 2 days) plus some annual leave cover when possible. I had a brain aneurysm in 2000 resulting in epilepsy (mainly well controlled), problems with my eyes, balance, memory, etc. I also have COPD and am at high risk of falls because of the aneurysm, sciatica and arthritis in my right knee. I walk inside with a zimmer and outside with a rollator plus one but tend to lean to the right. I need help each day with household tasks - food preparation, using dishwasher, washing machine. Also personal care - a bath or shower several times a week. I need help to get to appointments and to exercise both at home and going out to keep some mobility and independence. I enjoy my home and garden, music and TV, my family, friends and cat. Also I like to go with someone and welcome another person to help as needed. Duties include: Medication prompting/administering Personal grooming Moving and handling Other relevant duties as required Administration Housekeeping Shopping Cooking Transportation Companionship Looking after pets Gardening Bathroom assistance Bed linen change if required Refill tea machine and water flasks Candidate qualities
