For progression, this hire would be uniquely positioned to progress within the sales team as it evolves and will be supported with training & a robust personal development plan to ensure success. Role Overview Responsible for driving business growth and attracting new clients, prospects, and opportunities. The applicant should be able to listen to customers’ requirements, and match them with offerings from our partners. Where solutions do not exist, you should be able to articulate the customers’ requirements and work closely with the technical team to be able to understand our counter proposal and be able to confidently present it back to customers. You should have a keen interest in the market sectors we service, and have a technical understanding of the products sold by the company and what their USP's are. You will manage your forecast and pipeline for existing and new customer opportunities and will join weekly reviews with the technical team to align on project progress in order to keep clients updated at every possible opportunity. Renumeration will be aligned with previous experience, and will be based on a fixed basic salary with a generous commission on new business. This is a remote-based role, however it will be beneficial to spend at least 1 day per week in our Sussex office for training and product familiarisation when in the probationary period.
