The role of Estimating Manager Fit Out & FF&E will involve:
Estimating Manager position dealing with a the installation of a high end range of furniture, fixtures and equipment
Responsible for the Estimating Department, ensuring that estimates are produced with accuracy and to the highest standard whilst policies and procedures are adhered to
Review and sign off tenders with values up to £5m
Liaising with clients to gain an understanding of project scope and requirements
Liaising with other internal departments to ensure smooth running of projects
Negotiating with suppliers for payment terms and competitive rates
Attend pre-contract meetings as and when required
Fully brief and handover successfully won projects to the Design and Contracts departments
The ideal applicant will be an Estimating Manager Fit Out & FF&E with
Must have Estimating experience within the furniture installation market sector
Must have some people management skills
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Full UK driving license
