An award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Services Technician to join their professional and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Facilities Services Supervisor, the Senior Facilities Technician will support the daily operations of the Facilities department, ensuring smooth building maintenance, office moves, cleaning, and security tasks. The role requires working closely with staff and contractors to provide exceptional service.
Facilities Management:
Monitor and respond to the Facilities Helpdesk, addressing issues promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular building inspections as part of the PPM schedule, ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the office fabric.
Oversee building maintenance programs, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and liaising with landlords and appointed contractors.
Supervise and direct contractors, ensuring adherence to landlord and firm guidelines, with full compliance to Health & Safety regulations, including RAMS submissions.
Assist with internal office moves, managing accommodation arrangements for new hires, seat transfers, and leavers.
Handle procurement of materials and labor, including obtaining quotes and placing orders.
