Job Description: Duties and Responsibilities: As Partners - members of the Partnership - it's our responsibility to ensure our success for the future. We proactively seek out opportunities to continuously improve the way we work, taking action to ensure the Partnership is efficient and we are all as productive as possible. It's an ethos each and every Partner works by and you'll carry into your own role too. Due to the delivery/handling/selling of age restricted items, applicants must be 18 years or over to apply. This role is key to the e-commerce function in shops. Attention to detail is a must, as you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and legal operation. You will be a role model for customer service, using your coaching skills to support partners in delivering an excellent experience, providing timely feedback to aid in their personal development. You will be focused on ensuring customers get the items they want on time through overseeing the picking operation, be the first point of contact for customer queries in store, using your initiative to resolve queries and put the customer at the centre of decision making.
