Customer Support: Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our facilities and services. Administrative Tasks: Assist with check-ins/check-outs, manage bookings, and maintain accurate records. What We're Looking For Excellent Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with students from diverse backgrounds. Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding service. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently. Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive environment for all residents. Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends as needed.
