In this role you'll be expected to not only celebrate what Dizplai can do, but how we can add value to our prospective partners - creative audience love and commercial value. Key Responsibilities: As a Business Development Manager at Dizplai, you will identify and develop new business opportunities in the brand, rights owner, broadcaster and content creator space. You will build strong client relationships, promote innovative solutions, and negotiate contracts to drive revenue growth. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and deliver exceptional client experiences. Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and develop effective sales strategies. Work alongside the strategy and creative teams to deliver compelling sales presentations to win new business and demonstrate our capabilities to clients Contribute to product development, identifying the features that in-demand from both audiences and clients, giving you the tools to expand your commercial footprint and target new partners Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the sales pipeline. Screen inbound marketing leads, qualify them and convert into active conversations/opportunities. Prospect new customers via email, social media, phone and at events in order to generate qualified customer meetings. Independently manage a wide variety of early-stage conversations in the sales pipeline via email, phone, video, and in person interactions. Manage the day to day response to briefs from prospects with key benefits presentations and pricing proposals. Build solid relationships with prospects and gather feedback where appropriate on the platform and services offered by Dizplai. Coordinate closely with various teams to effectively communicate and align on potential briefs. Consulting to prospects and understanding industry and market trends. Marketing and Strategy: Build a sales-driven marketing approach/plan in collaboration with the marketing team. Keep customers updated on the latest product releases to drive usage of our products and services Qualifications: At least 3 years experience working in a media, marketing, social media or digital media agency, with top clients and brand partners Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the media and technology industry. Experience working with strategy and creative teams to win and deliver new business Strong understanding of the social and digital media landscape. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong relationships and influence decision-makers. Self-motivated and results-oriented. Proficiency in CRM and sales tools. Understanding the benefits of audience engagement within content Self-starter and ability to self-manage towards goals. Results and revenue focussed.
