Due to this increase in workflow, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate/Commercial Partner to join this leading practice operating out of their St Albans office. On offer is hybrid working 2 days from home each week.

The Role
This role will suit an ambitious Corporate and Commercial Partner who is looking for progression and equity.
The department currently has 6, led by 2 partners. The work is split equally between corporate and commercial matters and they specialise in the following: setting up your own company, business agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures, M&A, management buy-outs and restructuring.
They also offer advice on shareholder and director rights and responsibilities, arranging exit events, share ownership and transfer rights and restrictive covenants.
