My client is a diverse, cosmopolitan group that works hard and celebrates success - the last 2 years have resulted in team holidays in the Mediterranean. The ideal candidate will have proven protection sales experience, and confidence in dealing with professional sportspeople and high-risk professionals. You will have a consultative approach and an ability to build lasting relationships, and a drive to exceed targets and maximise your earnings. One of the benefits of operating in such a niche area is that it typically means high retention rates, which leads to long-term success and strong commission. Responsibilities will include: Assessing clients' needs and recommending suitable life, critical illness, and income protection insurance policies. Comparing policies across the whole market to find the best coverage and premiums for clients. Ensuring all advice and sales meet FCA regulations and industry best practices. Assisting clients with policy applications and liaising with insurers to navigate underwriting requirements. Providing ongoing support, policy reviews, and retention strategies to ensure long-term protection coverage. A realistic OTE is £60,000pa but the top performer last year achieved £90,000pa. Base salary will be based on experience. This is a vibrant, supportive culture where success is recognised and rewarded.
