Job summary The education team has an exciting and new opportunity to join us as a Practice Education Facilitator. This role will have a specific focus on supporting Health care support workers working across the division. Their focus will be on supporting new healthcare support workers, developing current staff and implementing evidence based practice. The successful candidate will be an excellent role model and provide clinical support to staff. They will need to be able to work autonomously and proactively to positively influence the quality of the clinical learning environment Working collaboratively with both the clinical team, education team and HCSW hub will be imperative to the success of this role. The education team offers opportunities to develop your career in both your clinical and educational portfolio.
