The opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking to progress their career to join Stone King's BD & Marketing team. The role has responsibility for supporting the Business Development & Marketing Team in running the events and webinar programme. Due to the nature of the role, the individual will be required to travel to different locations for events and on occasions may be required to work outside standardised hours (9:00 - 5:30pm).

Key responsibilities
General duties include, but are not limited to:
1. Responsible for organising and running webinars and events across our regional locations.
2. To set up Stone King conference stands and support lawyers with their presentations, talks and stand support.
3. To work with the team on developing targets and working to support the CRM process.
4. Assist with the implementation of business plans and a programme of tactical activity for each area of responsibility.
5. Arrange webinars and training courses and work with wider team on post-event follow-up.
6. Help identify new trends in the market across all 4 sectors, ensuring brand is at the forefront of all the activity undertaken.
7. To co-ordinate stock levels of marketing collateral through all 5 regional offices and to order new stocks as required.
Requirements
Essential
1. Experience working in a similar events role, and planning and delivering both online and in-person events.
2. Confident leading on in-person events such as conferences, drinks receptions, roundtables.
3. Excellent organisational skills.
4. Experience in using webinar software (Zoom) and setting up webinars is essential.
5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively.
6. Attention to detail.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
9. IT literate including Microsoft Office.
10. Demonstrate use of initiative and problem-solving skills.
11. Effective time management skills to ensure smooth running of events.
Desirable
1. Experience in the legal sector is desirable but not essential.
