We are looking for an RVN who ideally has a couple of years under their belt and is looking for that next move in their career, to help lead and support a team of their own. You will be working alongside a bubbly and compassionate team including a student nurse, nursing assistant and experienced vets, who have a passion for building strong bonds with their loyal client base. Training and career progression is important to us at Tooting, so we are looking for someone happy to be a clinical coach to support junior team members in their development to become a veterinary nurse, while being able to develop your own skillset at the same time. Full training and allowance will be provided if you have no prior coaching experience. This 40-hourly week role is inclusive of a 1:3 branch Saturday morning, and 1:10 Sunday rotation at Stone Lion Hospital. You will also help support the hospital on 1 bank holiday per year, with time back in lieu.
