Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Networking: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
* New Business: Prospect, win and develop new accounts to meet revenue targets. 60% of leads will be referred, 40% self generated.
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, enduring relationships with key business clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
* Strategic Planning: Manage and execute strategic account plans to ensure client satisfaction whilst driving business expansion objectives.
* Issue Resolution: Act as a point of escalation and guarantee that any critical requests or escalations are managed effectively for a prompt resolution.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience: At least 3 years in sales or new business, preferably within Managed Print or Managed Services.
* Personality Traits: Confident, with a high level of self-motivation. Tenacious, resilient and upbeat attitude.
* Sales Approach: Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships with clients, employing a consultative approach in sales conversations for win-win outcomes.
* Strong Communication: Clearly and effectively communicates with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
* Customer-Centric Empathy: A profound understanding of and empathy for the needs and challenges faced by businesses, ensuring that solutions are customised to meet their unique operational requirements.
* Problem-Solving: A proactive stance in identifying and addressing issues, with the capability to think critically, to achieve the best possible outcome.
