Our client, a leading law firm with several offices across Yorkshire, is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Bradford. The role would suit a Residential Conveyancer with upwards of 2 years' hands-on fee earning experience, who can confidently run a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from the point of instruction through to completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Handling a caseload of freehold and leasehold residential sales, purchases, and remortgage from the point of instruction through to completion.
2. Liaising with clients and third parties, providing updates throughout the life of the file.
3. Undertaking property searches and dealing with land registry formalities.
4. Preparing files for exchange and completion.
5. Completing on sales and purchases.
6. Post completion formalities.
7. Title checking.
Requirements:
1. Upwards of 2 years' residential conveyancing case handling experience.
