SIPs Coordinator

Bilfinger are looking for a SIPS Coordinator to start on our PUMA project based in Hull.
Duties for the role will include the following:
1. Identify any planned work requiring SIPs activities are identified in good time
2. Collaborate with project / construction managers, engineers, and site supervision to plan and schedule the SIPs activities in time to allow the works to be executed as planned
3. Collaborate with the Temporary Works Coordinator to identify any requirements
4. Liaise with the Temporary Works Coordinator to ensure designs are suitable and sufficient and fit for use
5. Ensure all SIPs activities comply with relevant standards, regulations and project specifications
6. Identify potential risks and issues associated with SIPs activities, and proactively address them to avoid delays or safety concerns
7. Communicate with other departments to ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project timelines, scope, and deliverables
8. Ensure that the Planners / Completions Engineer / Superintendents are kept informed of progress and any issues as appropriate
9. Ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date
10. Attend Daily Coordination meetings and any other meetings as required
11. Submit regular progress reports to the Project Director / Construction Manager
