Salary: £45k basic, £50k+ OTE

As a Sales Team Leader, you will contribute to the growth and management of accounts through upselling products, encouraging the team to adopt effective methods for revenue increase. You will monitor KPIs and ensure the team meets and exceeds targets through management, training, performance reviews, and one-on-ones. Additionally, you will provide the Sales Manager with insights and reports on the current account base, expenditure, and KPIs. You will take control of the full sales function, ensuring that efficient ways of working are implemented to motivate the team towards achieving targets.
To be successful in the role of Sales Team Leader, you will need:
1. Experience within the healthcare, NHS, or medical devices industry
2. Proven experience in sales with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets
3. Account management and business development experience
4. Ideally, prior experience managing a team
5. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand team members at various levels of their careers
6. A confident and driven attitude towards career progression within the organization
