Are you an experienced administrator with an excellent eye for detail, good communication skills and can work in a pressurised environment whilst remaining calm and cheerful?
We have an exciting opportunity to join the project support team in the West Midlands
A job that matters: Your Tasks
As a project support administrator, you will be the key to making sure our installation projects go to plan, collaborating with the project managers in all areas of the projects life cycle. This will involve managing the scheduling and administration of each project, from the estimation and design stages through to construction, delivery, and invoicing. This is a challenging and fast paced role which will require a responsible and trustworthy problem solver, who has the ability to work under pressure when called to, and who likes to deliver.
You will be called upon to use your excellent knowledge of office admin products, which includes MS Word, Excel, Outlook and any knowledge of CRM, MRP or ERP systems to complete a range of daily tasks. Knowledge of SAP is a distinct advantage in this role. You will be part of a friendly, experienced team of project administrators, all who have their own targets and goals but who all work together to make sure that our projects are delivered on time and to budget.

An experience that matters: Your Skills
Excellent administration skills with 1-2 years commercial experience, ideally from within the construction, engineering or manufacturing industries.
Confident with MS Office suite products and the ability to learn other IT based systems including CRM, ERP, MRP and / or SAP (preference will be given to candidates with experience of SAP)
Demonstrate the ability to plan to a schedule and work to tight and potentially flexible deadlines
Provide excellent customer service, with the clear ability to deal with (and potentially influence) internal and external stakeholders in a confident manner and deliver on expectations
Previous knowledge / experience of project administration in some form and CAD drawings is an advantage but not essential for this role
