We opened the first 5* Hotel in Liverpool; The Municipal
Hotel & Spa MGallery in May 2023 and have reset the clock within this
historic building, bringing it back to life. Our Heartists aspire to
create memorable, heartfelt moments for all life enjoyers to experience unique
stories from the past but also to immerse themselves into our hospitality,
creating their own astonishing tales of MGallery magical moments. We
boast 179 stunning bedrooms set in a remarkable and inspiring landmark of the

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE AT THE MUNICIPAL HOTEL
MGALLERY LIVERPOOL.
What you'll be doing...
Our hotel operates over the days, evenings, week and
weekends therefore flexibility is required.
Reporting to the Chef de Partie you can expect your working day to
include the following:
1. Accurately measuring meal ingredients.
2. Preparing meal ingredients, which includes
seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping
vegetables and fruits.
3. Preparing basic salads and sauces.
4. Sectional work covering all areas within the Kitchen.
5. Cooking and plating our dishes under
the guidance of the chef brigade.
6. Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene
standards.
7. Complying with Health & Safety regulations.
