Job Title: Temporary Administrator
Location: Glasgow, free parking Hours - 16 per week, flexible on days Duration - 3 months initially Rate - PAYE - £13ph
Job Description: We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring efficient operation of the office. This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
Key Responsibilities: - Answering and directing phone calls - Working on reception desk - Organizing and scheduling appointments - Developing and maintaining a filing system - Providing general support to visitors
Requirements: - Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures - Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) - High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
