About the job
The Data Processing Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of CGA services by harmonising (matching) data and classifying dictionaries in line with CGA’s standards. Each analyst is assigned to a specific CGA territory and practice area but collaborates within the Data Preparation team to maintain dictionaries, ensure data integrity, and meet delivery deadlines.
Responsibilities
* Matching large and varied datasets to our global dictionaries.
* Ensuring quality and accuracy of services through data harmonisation and dictionary classification.
* Collaborating within the team to maintain dictionaries.
* Completing daily quality control processes on matched data.
* Meeting weekly and monthly delivery deadlines.
* Communicating with team members and other departments via Teams, email, and meetings.
Requirements
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Effective communication skills for dialogue with colleagues.
* Timely and professional responses to emails and queries, escalating support when needed.
* Proficiency in another language is a plus.
* Willingness to learn new skills.
* Well-organised.
