Role Overview
HA Acoustics seeks a highly skilled Acoustic Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a wide variety of acoustic projects, including noise impact assessments, acoustic building and mechanical design, noise modelling, noise at work, and UKAS accredited sound insulation testing.
Key Responsibilities
* Understanding and applying relevant UK noise policy, regulations, and standards
* Processing data, report writing, and technical review work
* Managing projects and advising clients on developments
* Developing client relationships and liaising with clients, local authority officers, and stakeholders
Requirements
* Highly experienced in the acoustic industry, relevant consultancy experience, documented technical work
* Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in acoustics or a related discipline or hold the IOA diploma
* Hold a membership grade of the Institute of Acoustics
