This role is INCREDIBLY FLEXIBLE and requires the candidate to be in the office only once or twice a week max, this could be either Kent or Buckinghamshire but location isn't essential. My client prefer their employees spending time with clients and managing their time effectively and the portfolio of work can be moved to suit any potential employee. If you are looking for more flexibility and a role outside of Central London this is for you! Our client has some major international brands under its belt specifically in the I&L sector.
WHAT IS THE ROLE?
Our clients Property Management team are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager up to Associate level (or equivalent job title) who can pro-actively manage a varied portfolio and client base. The successful candidate will oversee service charge budgets, buildings insurance, major works, contractor management and general daily client correspondence. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team with a high level of autonomy supported by other property managers, facilities managers and wider commercial property management team.
