You will provide a central point of expertise and advice for Oracle Fusion, iProcurement and general financial matters, undertaking a range of transactional finance activities (e.g., raising purchase orders, debtor invoices etc.) and providing support on the financial end of year closure of the accounts. You will produce summaries and analyses of information involving the collation and manipulation of data and the creation of reports as required based on the data entry of supplier framework information such as, but not limited to, project financial data and 360 scorecards for performance. You will provide general administrative support to the team as required by the MHA+ Manager, including organizing and attending a variety of meetings and events; taking accurate minutes; taking appropriate action to record, track, progress and prioritise work; responding to telephone calls, emails and other enquiries to provide a high level of customer care; managing information securely; researching, collating, disseminating and filing material and assisting the departmental business support service across the wider department. You will enjoy working with diverse customers and priorities, maintaining positive and co-operative working relationships within the team with local authority customers and colleagues across the County Council, MHA+ membership and the industry. You will have the skills to ensure activities are delivered in the most efficient and effective manner possible, making a positive difference to the efficiency of our services.
