Legal Secretary – Bournemouth
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next opportunity? My client is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal Secretary to support an expanding Private Client team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing legal files and documents
2. Providing outstanding client care and communication
3. Preparing legal correspondence and documents
4. Diary and appointment management
5. Handling administrative and secretarial tasks
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous Legal Secretary experience essential, ideally in Private Client law
2. Strong organisational and time-management skills
3. Excellent communication and client service abilities
4. Proficiency in MS Office and audio dictation
5. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
