Standard working hours are 50 per week, including 40 hours on-site (starting no later than 8:00 AM) and one hour of daily commute.
Salary/rate:
Salary is paying up to £59,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
Requirements:
Commercial Gas Qualifications needed consist of the below -
* COCN1, CPA1, TPCP1, CCP1, CCN1, CEN1, CKR1, and HDR1.
* Extensive experience working on commercial heating systems (ideally).

A well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer to cover their London & surrounding area's portfolio of commercial properties.
This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a strong Commercial Gas Engineer to their team.
About the role/Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £52,000 - £59,000 per year. (Depending on experience)

* You are entitled to 33 days of paid holiday per year, including statutory and public holidays, minus 3 mandatory days for Christmas closure.
* Overtime rates for call-outs, service work, and additional hours will be as follows:
Nights: 0.5x hourly rate + salaryWeekday travel overtime: 1.0x hourly rateWeekday work overtime: 1.5x hourly rateSaturday: 1.5x hourly rate for 8 hoursSunday and Bank Holidays: 2.0x hourly rate for 8 hours

* Responsibilities:
* Skilled in PPM and reactive repairs for HVAC and gas systems.
* Confident working independently and collaboratively.
* Able to safely isolate equipment and perform repairs on pipework, valves, and electrical controls.
* A whizz at reading electrical diagrams for fault-finding and repairs.
* Adept at completing risk assessments, method statements, and job cards.
* Understand performance requirements of critical services plant and KPIs.
* A data whiz, monitoring plant information and escalating issues.
* Budget-conscious, assisting with cost control for projects.
