We are looking for an Office Clerk for our client based in Crawley Key Responsibilities: Prepare and verify documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other shipping documents. Ensure that all export documentation complies with international regulations and requirements specific to the destination country. Maintain accurate records of shipments, export documentation, and correspondence with clients and freight forwarders. Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping details, and any export documentation required for customs clearance. Handle general administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and supporting the export team with clerical tasks. Experience/Requirements: Administrative experience Avaliable as soon as possible Checkable 5 year history Clean DBS Export knowledge (desirable) Shift: Monday to Friday 0900 - 1700 Overtime
