Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Welsh speaking Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start, temporary assignment based in either Bangor or Cardiff.
Pay Rate: £14.32
Hybrid/ Work from home Opportunity
As a Welsh Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include.
* Respond to all types of customer enquiries which come into the organisation.
* Use systems to manage and update enquiries.
* Processing permitting applications and licences.
* Ensuring accurate data capture and processing to relevant systems
* Dealing with other enquiries within the Customer Hub Team.
The successful candidate for the Welsh Customer Service Advisor role will also need the following skills;
* Fluent in both Welsh and English languages
* Good experience with all Microsoft packages
* Accurate with inputting data into systems.
* Good communication skills
* Ability to solve problems.
* Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
