The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in handling complex clinical negligence cases, demonstrating a strong understanding of NHS Resolution processes and protocols. You will be adept at managing high-stakes claims, often involving sensitive and high-profile matters that require meticulous attention to detail and a compassionate approach. Team The Healthcare division at Kennedys offers comprehensive legal services to NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, and medical malpractice insurers for private hospitals, clinics, and practitioners. Their expertise encompasses EL/PL and clinical negligence claims. The team provides detailed advice on medical insurance coverage, health law, and regulatory matters, ensuring clients receive thorough and informed guidance. In addition to their advisory role, the team represents clients at inquests and judicial reviews, demonstrating their commitment to supporting clients through complex legal processes. Their presence across key locations, including London, Cambridge, Sheffield, Birmingham, Newcastle, and several global offices, ensures they can offer local and international support.
